BUILDING YOUR CUSTOM PACKAGE

Realizing that weddings are all different and unique, your photography coverage should be as well. Starting at 3500, you can keep it simple or add everything from retro cameras, content creation, albums and even rehearsal dinner coverage.

NOW YOU ARE OFFICIALLY A SEVENTH ARROW CLIENT

NOW WHAT?

YAY! Once we have the custom package for your wedding complete, we will send over a contract and invoice. Payment plans; one third of the total amount will be due to officially book. The second payment is 6 months before the wedding and the final payment is two weeks before the wedding.

THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Every package at seventh arrow comes with an engagement session. We love this time with you to get you comfortable with us and show you all our weird little directions and how we work with our couples. It is such good practice…and practice makes perfect!

THE HELPFUL PLANNING PROCESS

We will send you our exclusive seventh arrow wedding guide to help the planning process. It has tips and tricks to make your day stress free as well as vendor recommendations. You can book planning meeting to talk through and create a custom timeline to help you organize your day and give us enough time to capture everything!

INTINERARY AND PLANNING

You will also receive a questionnaire two months before the wedding to fill out some wedding day details. Then we will chat about all of the details and go over shot lists, locations and nail down the final timeline.

AFTER THE WEDDING

HIGHLIGHTS AND DELIVERY

Within two weeks from your wedding will see a small collection of photos from throughout your day pop up in your email. Perfect for ‘Thank You’ cards, social media posts and gifts for friends and family. Within 8-14 weeks you will receive an email with the link to your online viewing gallery. The online viewing gallery allows you to create favorite lists, selects for your album, and has a built in storefront to purchase prints and other products.

ALBUM PROCESS AND CONTENT CREATION

If you choose to purchase one of our hand design albums, we will start the process as soon as you are ready and chose your favorite photos.

If you choose content creation you will get all of your videos from your day through a shared album. Five to Seventh reels using the videos and photos will be created and given to you via your highlight gallery.
